The multi-functional cultural centre Sapnu Fabrika really lives up to its name - from being the venue for concerts and parties to holding plays and all sorts of festivals. It's located just outside of the Old Town by the central train station, so you won't have to tram it to the other end of town to see your favourite rock band in concert.
