Nautilus

|
Apparently there is a submarine theme to Nautilus club, one of Riga's most happening nightspots. And whereas we've seen scant evidence of any radars, sailors and periscopes on board, we've sure spotted plenty of sirens fit to lure us to a watery death... If, unlike us, you manage to pick your tongue off the ground and make your way to the dance floor, you'll find a Latvian nightlife legend awaits. Some of the most sophisticated house music in the country blast out of the Nautilus's impressive soundsystem and the likes of Jazzy M, Bob Sinclair and Lisa Loud have all spun here. Decor that was cool in the 90s and the overcharging of foreigners for drinks are two tiny holes in an otherwise sturdy ship. |
