Orange Bar

While the alternative scene in Riga is much smaller than London's or even Krakow's, if Converses are more your thing than stilettos, you'll fit right in at Orange Bar. On Friday and Saturday nights local DJs show off their skillz. And yes, the walls in the bar are actually orange, which makes you wonder, are the people of Riga a little too obsessed with the colour orange?

Nice small place with good atmosphere. Not so orange though (maybe it was the darkness), compared to other orange painted places in Riga.

Hip and friendly bar, great for an evening with friends. Few tourists and very friendly staff.

Quite a small bar that has a tendency to get extremely busy at weekends. Very pleasant staff and a fairly hip clientele. Music is a mix of alternative and dance.
