"Lovely food and very good value. The pickled mushrooms are wonderful, and the rabbit with sour cream and dill was so silky I could have wept for sheer delight. Come early if you want to avoid loud drunken singing. "

"It is quite famous in Riga and there are a lot of venues where you have this restaurant chain. But the food is not good. You can eat it, but if you know REAL pizzas with taste and spices then you don't like it. An English girl recommended that place, that's why we went there. So maybe I am a little bit more sensitive in pizza things :-)"

"Small venue which adds to the atmosphere. Good choice on the menu and friendly, helpful staff. We had gone in for a lunch, but portions were so big, no dinner was required later! Fillet steak cooked to perfection. As you would imagine, very heavy on the garlic, which only adds to an original idea. Food cooked well and presented well. Reasonable prices: 2 beers, 2 starters, 2 mains: 27 Lats. We were only in Riga for a few days, so did not return, but when I do I will certainly re-visit here. Kenny "

"I have just come back from Riga and had ate at dada on my final day of the visit – what a shame!...if Only I had known of that place earlier I would have camped outside… I ate a standard meal AND the buffet – was defo value for money, I recommend it to all my desi mates! The only downfall was the bowls were too small, saying that justice was done when the 5 0f us bal “ieve broken heart”, me “food warrior”, Kesh”just take me to Armani”Nick “K1 cage fighter-watch this space” and Taj “da T Total lone ranger” could not fit another noodle in our mouth.. …the staff were very cheerful, not sure why! Don’t think it had to do with our overloaded bowl..!?!? "

"I visited Alus Seta once two years ago and few times in July this year. Traditional food, excellent deserts, laid back atmosphere. So I can strongly recommend this place for people who like good food and quiet, not splendor. Hope to visit this place again and again. "

"Okey, that green soup me and all of my friends ate was one of the worst things i've ever tasted..And the bananacake with some berries on too..And the people who worked there didn't seem very nice...BUT i loved the atmosfere, really kosy place, hehe:) Heard that the rabbit was good.. Hm.. Will never forget that night i was there, hehehe! "
