If you're looking for an elegant meal with a view (and we don't mean embroidered napkins and a view of Lenny the plumber bent down fixing the sink) then we highly recommend the Fabrikas Restaurant. The cuisine is standard international, though definitely well-prepared, while looking out at old Riga's cobblestones and spires and the harbour beyond will do wonders for your appetite - and for setting the mood for a romantic evening.
