Monterosso

|
Who can resist a perfectly baked pizza with soft fluffy dough, or pasta made with sun-ripened tomatos and fresh herbs? Italian cuisine is so simple that it's the ingredients that make the real difference; and everything from the cuts of meat and the fruits and veg, to the cheeses and of course the wines, are carefully selected at Monterosso to satisfy the most sophisticated of tastes. In fact you shouldn't be at all surprised to hear Italian spoken at the table next to you. You'll have a much better dining experience at Monterosso if you remember the old adage 'when in Rome, do as the Romans do'. ie. if you don't dress for dinner great service is not guaranteed! |
