Bergs Restaurant

Don't let the checkerboard floors scare you away - this place is all class. Located in the Bergs Bazaar next to the Hotel Bergs, the Bergs Restaurant is a modern affair with an emphasis on aesthetics. Though the food is a delicious variety of international cuisine, when you receive your dish you might be temped to leave it be, because the presentation is just as important as the meal. Our advice: snap a picture, then dig in!

Me, my husband and our baby visited Bergs while on a trip to Riga. The staff was very attentive, and the food was fantastic. We sat out on the veranda which was very romantic. The prices are a bit high for Latvia, but the food and service is worth it. I would really recommend this restaurant!

Excellent place to eat when in Riga. Not particularly cheap, but good value compared with UK prices, and the presentation is, as the reviewer says, superb.

Easily compares to Michellin star restaurants. Food was fantastic, made from fresh ingredience and obviously with care and love.
Service was also in the same superb league as the food.
Will definitely go here again.
Note: prices are quite high, but well worth the experience.

Super dishes and wine selection - the service cant be more perfect.. can only recommend if you need a relax from the crowded Old Town..the price follow the high quality !
