Elmar Tannis' TV show Laboratory of Taste is a hit in Latvia, so it's no wonder that his studio at Carlston's restaurant is a cherished spot in Riga. Here, pre-bookings are taken for children's parties, corporate team-building events and more, where the participants can take part in cooking activities, and learn some of Tannis' secrets. Of course, Carlston's is also a restaurant in its own right, serving a sumptuous menu drawn from the world's best cuisines. With banquet hall, terrace and now a barbecue grill menu to boot, it'd be hard to say that the restaurant does not have all of the bases covered.
