Based on the 11th floor of the Maritim Hotel, Bellevue is the place to be for creative, gourmet cuisine from some of the top (no pun intended) chefs in Latvia. Each day there are special recommendations, as well as restaurant standards including fish, meat and vegetarian main courses, salads and soups, and sumptuous desserts.
