Part restaurant, part laboratory, part art gallery - Kitchen is a modern eatery in every sense of the word, taking new ideas, new methods and new visions in food, its presentation and the restaurant 'atmos' and creating something completely new out of the constituent parts. To give a couple of examples, the menu includes spinach with tomatoes, capers, Comte cheese, watermelon and rhubarb vinaigrette, and Cauliflower and coconut curry cream soup with black pepper steak and rucola pesto. How's that for creative? And what's more, both of those dishes cost less than 5 lat - with the majority of the main courses a long way below the 10 lat mark.
