White Dune

The food might not be anything special (though it's definitely first class, with a traditional hotel restaurant menu), but the view from this top floor restaurant in the Hotel Lielupe is the main attraction. The waves of the Gulf of Riga accompany your meal, and in the summer the terrace is open, so you can be engulfed by the smells of the forest and the sounds of the Baltic as you sip a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The restaurant is open daily from 10:00 to 24:00.
