If you must have a quick burger, please, stop propagating the stereotype that all tourists eat at McDonald's, and instead try this Finnish variant of the golden arches. The burgers might actually contain real meat unlike the former (and seemed bigger to us as well), while the prices are standard fast food fare. Riga sports several locations of Hesburger, including one right next to the train station on Stacijas laukums 2. Perhaps best of all, Hesburger is open until five in the morning (three for the train station location) on weekends, just in time to satisfy that post-partying grease craving.
