Bad News And Good News...
We have got terrible news! The event for which thousands of Latvians and other Europeans have been waiting for, Depeche Mode's concert, has been called off! The British it band was supposed to perform on May 25, but since it's voice, Dave Gahan, has gotten ill, the concert - as well the ones in Warsaw and Vilnius - is not going to take place.
Gahan's illness must be something serious - fans in Istanbul, Sofia, Belgrade, Riga, Athens and Zagreb were also shocked to discover their favorite band canceled the events.
However bad that sounds, do not rush to box offices and return your tickets - there still is hope as the band is planning to perform in the same cities in September. Hold on to your tickets! Depeche Mode will be back!
