Designed for friends and families to shop and gather for hours, this American-style mall includes the standard variety of European chain shops, as well as a food court to refuel in before shopping some more. For the carless or lazy, there is even a convenient free of charge shuttle bus between downtown Riga and Mols. As the giant sign christening the building says, the centre is open 10-22.
