Hotel Club 1934

|
Located some 30 minutes drive from the centre of Riga, Hotel Club 1934 is for the more upmarket visitor to Latvia - aimed at those who want to see a little of the country and enjoy the busy life of the Old Town while still having a haven of relaxation to which to return at the end of the day.
The Ogre-based hotel's 63 rooms all include shower or bath, lounge area, desk, cable TV, telephone, internet and, for self-catering, a fully-equipped kitchen.
It is a popular location, mostly because it does offer something different from the usual shoestring-budget Riga experience, and this shows in its expansion. The Hotel 1934 building was renovated before opening to guests in 2006, and has since had a new restaurant installed. Further developments include a banqueting and conference hall, and billiard room. |
