Viktorija

|
Based in a building that was erected in 1910, the Viktorija Hotel has more than a touch of Russian elegance to it, blended with a classically western atmosphere, all just 15 minutes from Riga's old town.
In fact, the building itself is something of a marvel, designed in the art nouveau style by Janis Asaris - a fact which has earned it a place on the long list of UNESCO protected historical monuments.
While the Viktorija is far from a budget hotel, the prices are pleasantly surprising considering the location and the services on offer. There are 50 rooms, each with en suite bathroom, cable TV, wi-fi and telephone. Friendly staff will help your visit go like a dream, and are always willing to offer help and advice about what to see and where to go. |
