Teddy Bear Hostel

As the name suggests, the Teddy Bear Hostel is something of a cutesy, cosy hideaway. Despite this fact, there is plenty of space to relax and have fun right in the old town of Riga. Dormitory and double rooms are on the third and fourth floors of the building and, while the first and second floors are not for accommodation, the hostel does have special facilities in the attic and the cellar for that extra special romantic getaway on a budget. Tea and coffee, bed linen, maps, breakfast, storage space and use of hairdryers are all included in the price, and the hostel is happy to accommodate pets (subject to conditions - ask for details before you arrive). They've also hit on the fantastic idea of providing power converters, so if you've forgotten that your plug from home won't fit in the sockets in Riga, you can still charge up the phone or laptop.
