Riga City Camping

|
Cheap sleeping at a campsite that's right in the heart of the city? Well, this site is not exactly central, but Riga is a small city, so nothing is very far from the old town district.
In fact the location is ideal, sitting close to the river near the Vansu Tilts bridge and, should a longing for Scandinavia suddenly grab you, opposite the Riga-Stockholm ferry departure point.
On site it's, well, a campsite. Prices per person per night start from 2 Lat in the low season, rising to 2.50 in the high season. This fee includes VAT, tourist tax, shower and toilet access. Extras such as wi-fi, power points, internet access and laundry cost more, but nothing can shift the fact that this is good value, even cheap accommodation in a safe part of town. Great if you're on a very tight budget, or if you'd rather spend your money while your awake.
Open mid-May to mid-September. Check website for details. |
