Argonaut Hostel

The Argonaut Hostel boasts a social environment, with group activities from twister in the common room, to organized tours of the city and club nights. If you'd like the full hostel experience, or if you're lonely or sick of your present travelling company, this is the place to meet new people. After all, you'll likely be sharing a room with three to nine strangers, each with their own quirks and habits. If you value your privacy (and are willing to pay extra for it), private rooms and private doubles are available as well. The usual hostel amenities are included, such as a common room, Internet access, 24-hour reception, bed linen, and even cheap beer at the hostel bar.

Nice rooms and friendly people, had a good time in Riga (but stay away from the strip clubs and seedy-looking places!)
