"We were 6 ladies that went to Baltic hotel to get SPA treatment, the service there was terrible, some of us did not get the treatment we were suppose to get, and i order 1,5 hours massage but got 1 hour only. Every time we asked them something, the answered with a very bad attitude. They did not give us any information if we did not ask them, and every time we asked for information they looked at us like we must have been the most stupid people there."
